What to expect
At Harriet's women's remedial massage clinic, you'll receive a friendly welcome. The clinic provides a safe environment where you can share your concerns and explore options to help you address your health challenges.
Initial Session
Prior to treatment
Before your first session, you will receive a detailed health history form to complete. During your initial appointment, Harriet will review the information with you and develop a plan for your session.
Please be aware that a toilet is available for your convenience before, during, or after your session. To achieve the best results, we encourage you to stay well-hydrated.
Treatment
Harriet will step out of the room to give you some time to get comfortable on the massage table.
You'll be asked to remove clothing based on the treatment planned, but feel free to discuss your privacy preferences and options for keeping some clothing on if that makes you more comfortable.
Once you're ready, Harriet will return and start the treatment, checking in with you about your experience along the way.
If you ever feel the need for quiet or if you're uncomfortable at any point, please don't hesitate to let Harriet know.
Post Treatment
Once Harriet completes your treatment, she will step out the room to give you privacy to get dressed.
She will return to discuss your response to the treatment, schedule any necessary follow-up sessions, and process your payment.
Prices
All sessions listed are 1 hour, other time options are available.
A HICAPS machine is available for instant insurance claims at the time of payment. Invoices can also be sent via email to allow you to claim manually.
Booking
When you visit the booking page, you'll find three different options available.
First Appointment
If you're scheduling your first appointment with Harriet, select "First Appointment." You can choose "Pregnancy Initial" if you are pregnant, or "Regular Initial" if not.
Standard Appointment
Standard appointments are follow-up appointments provided after 2pm weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Weekday before 2pm
Follow-up sessions before 2pm weekdays are provided at a reduced rate.
Need an appointment sooner?
If you check the schedule and find no available appointments at your desired time, please contact Harriet to inform her of your urgent need.
She will do her best to accommodate you or add you to the waitlist for any openings.
Cancellations
It's crucial to notify Harriet as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment.
This allows her to offer the slot to someone else in need.
Harriet has not implemented a cancellation policy with fees, as her clients have always been respectful of her time and considerate of others who may require urgent sessions.

How do I redeem my gift voucher?
Here’s how to redeem your gift voucher if someone has generously given you one.
The voucher you received has a specific dollar value that you can use to book your desired appointment today.
It’s perfectly fine if the voucher amount doesn’t cover the full cost of the session you can pay the difference at the time of your appointment.
If you received a gift voucher for a pregnancy massage during your pregnancy but are now postnatal, that’s completely acceptable.
Simply book the appointment you prefer and inform Harriet about your treatment preferences.
If you have health insurance that you wish to use alongside your voucher, that is also allowed.
The voucher can cover the gap payment, and any remaining balance can be applied to your next session.
