Looking After Me - January 2026
I’ve learned a lot about my health over the past few years by tuning out the noise and figuring out what truly works for me. From adjusting how I eat, supporting my body with supplements, improving hydration, and prioritising movement, small changes have made a big difference. Managing iron levels and slowing my pace reminded me that sustainability matters. As I move into 2026, I’m creating more balance so I can feel well, stay energised, and continue doing the work I love.
